The pic has me caught in mid-mastication of a piece of chocolate (if memory serves). This dessert was follow-up to a delightful meal of bresaola and prosciutto with fresh Italian bread, cured olives, and marinated vegetables — all amidst the olive trees of Tuscany. Mmm. Mmm. Mmm. Doesn’t get much better than that baby.
